✔ Structural Feasibility – Identify load-bearing walls, potential layout changes, and overall stability.
✔ Space & Planning Insight – Assess possibilities for optimizing space, extensions, and redesigns.
✔ Renovation Scope – Understand the work involved, the trades required, and realistic timelines.
✔ Cost Considerations – Get an overview of budget expectations and available grant opportunities.
✔ Strategic Project Planning – Ensure you have the right professionals involved at the right time.
Our Consultation Process
1. Initial Remote Consultation We start with a remote consultation via Google Meet or Zoom, helping you refine your needs, budget, and property wish list. This ensures that the properties you view align with your restoration goals.
2. On-Site Property Assessment On your planned viewing day, our project manager will accompany you to assess 3-5 selected properties. We evaluate each home against agreed criteria, identifying potential challenges, renovation possibilities, and compliance with modern building regulations.
3. Post-Viewing Report Within days of the property visits, we provide a comprehensive report summarizing:
- Identified structural and renovation needs
- Estimated scope of work and sequencing
- Key project components such as roofing, insulation, heating, plumbing, and planning requirements
- Budget category projections and expected timelines—from purchase to completion
Making an Informed Decision
With our expert insights, you can confidently decide which property best fits your vision and budget. Once you’re ready to move forward, we can return as your dedicated project manager, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of your restoration project.

Hi Bern.
Yes that is what we do. Depending on the area where your project is located we can offer a scale of service from acting as your representative; planning, budgeting, scheduling and managing the project through acting as main contractor – taking on the continual site supervision, H&S management and bringing the various trades and sub contractors to complete the project to the agreed level of completion.
The only reason we bring location up is to balance the best outcome for the client in terms of our inputs and costs too. Feel free to pop me a message through the WhatsAspp link.
